Excellent fun review of this outstanding movie. Christoph Waltz stole the show. His acting was phenomenal!

Another quality podcast from the Bad Wilf guys. “Django Unchained” was an amazing film and I’m glad it’s winning awards. I’ve heard that Tarantino is thinking about retiring from filmmaking, I hope the success of this movie encourages him not to.

Excellent review, but I do wish you guys would go longer than 45 minutes. Over all Django Unchained is a bit too long, but still very entertaining cinema, and it has Tarintino’s signature stylised script-writing all over it. It IS his best film since Pulp Fiction.

It goes without saying that Tarantino is one of the best film makers of the past two decades.
Django Unchained is great for many reasons, but it cements Tarantino’s place as a GREAT director. His unique style of fantastic specifically worded dialogue and impeccably perfect scenes, place him above his peers. Like always, the soundtrack is incredible and well worth a purchase.
Keep up the great work guys, I’ve subscribed to your RSS feed and am working my way through you back catalogue.

I’m a new listener to the podcast and I rarely bother to give reviews to
the ones I listen to. But holy crap this was a good. It’s the best
movie I’ve seen in years.
Not only is it Tarantino’s best movie in a dogs-age, it’s the most important pieces of cinema in well over a decade.
Quentin
was right to dodge that British reporters question about movies being
the inspiration for violence. This movie is the answer to that question,
it also speaks a lot about America’s history and why we are the way we
are now. This really has to be witnessed on the silver-screen.
I’ve also subscribed to your podcast, I look forward to seeing what you have for us next. Maybe a Tarantino retrospective?

This is an awful movie. If you like he’s earlier work, you’ll HATE this with a burning passion. If, however you liked Kill Bill you will love this movie. This is nothing more than an excuse to spew racial epithets, over and over and over and over. The film lacks any real depth and most of its appeal will be to the type of people who produce third rate podcasts, watch police chase videos or scan YouTube for videos of drunk people. If you have a couple of IQ points you can spare, then by all means burn some brain cells watching this entirely uninteresting tosh.
